§ 6.2-310. (Effective October 1, 2010) Rate of interest chargeable by statebanks and savings institutions.

In addition to the permissible interest rates and charges specificallygranted to banks and savings institutions by this title, state banks andsavings institutions may take, receive, reserve, and charge on any loan, anyrate of interest, finance charge, or other loan charge permitted to any otherlender under the laws of the Commonwealth, other than those rates or chargespermitted to consumer finance companies under § 6.2-1520.
