§ 6.2-405. (Effective October 1, 2010) References to sections regulatingrebates of unearned interest and prepayment penalties.

A. This article does not affect the application of §§ 6.2-420 through 6.2-423regarding the imposition of prepayment penalties or rebates of unearnedinterest on certain loans secured by a lien on real estate.

B. This article does not affect the application of § 6.2-1409 regarding theimposition of prepayment penalties or rebates of unearned interest on loansmade by an industrial loan association.
