§ 6.2-431. (Effective October 1, 2010) Certain cards excepted.

Except as set forth in § 6.2-428, the provisions of §§ 6.2-424 through6.2-430 shall not apply to any credit card issued by any telephone companythat is subject to supervision or regulation by the Commission.
