§ 6.2-508. (Effective October 1, 2010) Compliance with Equal CreditOpportunity Act constitutes compliance with chapter.

Compliance with the federal Equal Credit Opportunity Act, (15 U.S.C. § 1691et seq.), as amended, and regulations issued by the Federal Reserve Boardthereunder, constitutes compliance with this chapter.
