§ 6.2-509. (Effective October 1, 2010) Public to be informed of rights underchapter.

The Commission shall use any methods available to it to inform the public ofthe rights created by this chapter. Notice given pursuant to the federalEqual Credit Opportunity Act, (15 U.S.C. § 1691 et seq.), and regulationspromulgated thereto, shall satisfy the requirements of this section.
