§ 6.2-709. (Effective October 1, 2010) Conformity with federal forms.

To the maximum extent consistent with the effective discharge of theCommission's responsibilities, the forms prescribed by the Commission underthis chapter for registration, reports, or any other forms shall conform withthose established by regulation adopted pursuant to the Bank Holding CompanyAct of 1956 (12 U.S.C. § 1841 et seq.) or Section 10 of the Home Owners' LoanAct (12 U.S.C. § 1467a et seq.).
