§ 6.2-812. (Effective October 1, 2010) Inspection of records, reports, andinformation of insured banks.

A. As used in this section, "insured bank" has the meaning assigned to itin § 12-B of the Federal Reserve Act (12 U.S.C. § 1813(h)), as amended.

B. All records, reports, reports of examinations, and information relating toinsured banks shall be open to the inspection of, and made available to, theofficers and duly accredited agents of the Federal Deposit InsuranceCorporation so long as like records, reports, and information in thepossession or under the control of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporationare, by federal statute, made available and subject to inspection by theCommission.
