§ 6.2-818. (Effective October 1, 2010) Commissions or other compensation forsale of stock not permitted.

The Commission shall not issue a certificate of authority to any bank tocommence business if commissions, fees, brokerage, or other compensation,have been paid or contracted to be paid by the bank, or by anyone in itsbehalf, either directly or indirectly, to any person for the sale of stock inthe bank.
