§ 6.2-827. (Effective October 1, 2010) Rights of national bank stockholdersdissenting from conversion.

The rights of stockholders of a national banking association who dissent fromthe approval by the stockholders of the conversion of the national bankingcorporation into a state bank shall be governed by the provisions of 12U.S.C. § 214a(b), as now existing or as hereafter amended.
