§ 6.2-861. (Effective October 1, 2010) Application of Virginia StockCorporation Act.

The provisions of the Virginia Stock Corporation Act (§ 13.1-601 et seq.)relating to officers of a corporation shall apply to banks except that, if abank shall not appoint a secretary, the cashier of a bank shall be deemed tobe the secretary of the corporation.
