§ 6.2-864. (Effective October 1, 2010) Report to Commission of election ofdirector.

Within 60 days following the election or reelection of any person as adirector of a bank, the bank shall furnish to the Commission such informationas the Commission shall from time to time prescribe regarding the director'spersonal character, integrity, financial condition, and personal and businessbackground. The report shall be signed under oath by the director and adesignated officer of the bank. Any person knowingly making a false statementin such a report is guilty of perjury and punishable as provided in §18.2-434.
