§ 6.2-932. (Effective October 1, 2010) Payment of claims filed afterprescribed period.

Any claim filed after the 180-day claim period prescribed by § 6.2-931, andsubsequently accepted by the FDIC as receiver or allowed by the receivershipcourt, shall be entitled to share in the distribution of assets only to theextent of the undistributed assets in the hands of the FDIC as receiver onthe date such claim is accepted or allowed.
