§ 61.1-2. Issue of receipt containing false statement.

A warehouseman, or any officer, agent or servant of a warehouseman, whofraudulently issues or aids in fraudulently issuing a receipt for goodsknowing that it contains any false statement, shall be guilty of amisdemeanor, and shall be punished as provided in § 18.2-12.
