§ 61.1-46.1. Maximum charges for tobacco auction warehouse services.

Notwithstanding any other provisions of law to the contrary, on and afterJuly 1, 1970, no tobacco auction warehouse shall charge the grower forservices rendered in the sale and handling of flue-cured tobacco any amountor sum in excess of the following:

(a) Warehouse charges: ten cents per 100 pounds or fraction thereof;

(b) Auction fee: twenty-five cents per basket and commission of 2 1/2 percentof the gross amount of each sale.
