§ 62.1-132. Local authorities subordinate to Authority.

Any conflict between any authority granted to the several port cities andtowns or other entities of this Commonwealth, or the exercise of thatauthority, and the exercise of the authority granted to the Board ofCommissioners under this chapter shall be resolved in favor of the exerciseof such authority by the Board of Commissioners.
