§ 62.1-132.16. Fees and charges.

Under such terms and conditions as may be prescribed by law, the Authoritymay fix, alter, charge, and collect tolls, fees, rentals, and any othercharges for the use of, or for services rendered by, any Authority facility.The Authority may impose, levy, and collect such other fees and charges asmay assist in defraying the expenses of administration, maintenance,development, or improvement of the ports of the Commonwealth, their cargohandling facilities, and harbors.
