§ 62.1-132.8. Consolidation of terminal operations.

The Authority shall effect consolidation of the water terminals of theseveral cities within the ports of the Commonwealth. It, specifically, shallbring about the centrally directed operation of all state-owned portfacilities at Hampton Roads by such means as may prove necessary ordesirable, not inconsistent with state law.
