§ 62.1-155. Cooperation by cities on navigable streams with United States.

The cities in the Commonwealth situated on navigable streams shall have thepower to cooperate with the United States of America in the improvement ofthe navigability of such streams involving the deepening, widening andstraightening the channel thereof and making provision for turning basins atterminals and mooring areas thereon.
