§ 62.1-193.3. Administration, enforcement and penalty.

The Board of Agriculture and Consumer Services shall adopt rules andregulations to administer and enforce the provisions of this chapter. TheCommissioner of Agriculture and Consumer Services or his authorized agent mayseize any cleaning agent held for sale or distribution in violation of thischapter. The seized cleaning agents shall be considered forfeited.

Any person who knowingly sells, manufactures or distributes any cleaningagent in violation of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of aClass 1 misdemeanor. Any person who knowingly uses any cleaning agent inviolation of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a Class 4misdemeanor.
