§ 62.1-217. Grants from Commonwealth.

The Commonwealth may make grants of money or property to the Authority forthe purpose of enabling it to carry out its corporate purposes and for theexercise of its powers, including deposits to the capital reserve funds. Thissection shall not be construed to limit any other power the Commonwealth mayhave to make grants to the Authority.
