§ 62.1-229.1. Loans for agricultural best management practices.

Loans may be made from the Fund, in the Board's discretion, to an individualfor the construction of facilities or structures to implement agriculturalbest management practices to prevent pollution of state waters, to a localgovernment which has developed a low-interest loan program to provide loansor other incentives to facilitate the construction of such facilities orstructures, or to a financial institution working with a local government toestablish such a program. The Board shall develop guidelines for theadministration of such loans and shall determine the terms and conditions ofany loan from the Fund.
