§ 62.1-44.11. Meetings.

The Board shall meet at least four times a year, and other meetings may beheld at any time or place determined by the Board or upon call of thechairman or upon written request of any two members. All members shall beduly notified of the time and place of any regular or other meeting at leastfive days in advance of such meeting.
