§ 62.1-44.12. Records of proceedings; special orders, standards, policies,rules and regulations.

The Board shall keep a complete and accurate record of the proceedings at allits meetings, a copy of which shall be kept on file in the office of theExecutive Director and open to public inspection. Any standards, policies,rules or regulations adopted by the Board to have general effect in part orall of the Commonwealth shall be filed in accordance with the VirginiaRegister Act (§ 2.2-4100 et seq.). The owner to whom any special order isissued under the provisions of § 62.1-44.15 shall be notified by certifiedmail sent to the last known address of such owner and the time limitsspecified shall be counted from the date of mailing.
