§ 62.1-44.15:2. Extraordinary hardship program.

There is hereby established a supplemental program of financial assistancefor the construction of water quality control facilities by politicalsubdivisions of the Commonwealth. All sums appropriated for this programshall be apportioned by the Board among the political subdivisionsqualifying, to provide financial assistance in addition to that otherwiseavailable to help relieve extraordinary hardship in local funding of theconstruction of such facilities.
