§ 62.1-44.15:8. Conformance with federal requirements.

Notwithstanding the provisions of this article, any fee system developed bythe Board may be modified by regulation promulgated by the Board, as may benecessary to conform with the requirements of the federal Clean Water Act andany regulations promulgated thereunder. Any modification imposed under thissection shall be submitted to the members of the Senate Committees onAgriculture, Conservation and Natural Resources, and Finance; and the HouseCommittees on Appropriations, Conservation and Natural Resources, and Finance.
