§ 62.1-44.19:19. Program audits.

In addition to its permit compliance and enforcement authority, theDepartment is authorized to conduct such audits of the Association andpermittees as it deems necessary to ensure that the reports and data receivedfrom permittees and the Association are complete and accurate. TheAssociation and permittees under the general permit shall cooperate with theDepartment in the conduct of such audits and provide the Department with suchinformation as the Department may require to fulfill its responsibilitiesunder this article.
