§ 62.1-44.8. Number, appointment and terms of members.

The Board shall consist of seven members appointed by the Governor subject toconfirmation by the General Assembly. Members shall be appointed for theterms of four years each. Vacancies other than by expiration of a term shallbe filled by the Governor by appointment for the unexpired term.
