§ 62.1-44.115. Review of uses by Water Control Board; report.

The State Water Control Board shall annually review the uses and developmentof the waters of the Potomac River, and make such report thereon as it deemsadvisable to the Governor and to the General Assembly, together with suchrecommendations as the Board feels are necessary for the protection and fullenjoyment of Virginia's riparian rights in such river.
