§ 62.1-69.25. Definitions.

As used in this chapter, unless the context requires a different meaning:

"Rappahannock River Basin" means that land area designated as theRappahannock River Basin by the State Water Control Board pursuant to §62.1-44.38 and which is also found in the Fourth, Seventeenth, Twenty-fourth,Twenty-fifth, Twenty-sixth, Twenty-seventh and Twenty-eighth SenatorialDistricts or the Fifteenth, Eighteenth, Twenty-eighth, Thirtieth,Thirty-first, Fifty-fourth, Fifty-eighth, Eighty-eighth, Ninety-eighth andNinety-ninth House of Delegates Districts, as those districts exist onJanuary 1, 2002.
