§ 62.1-101. Licenses not affected by alteration, amendment or repeal ofchapter.

No alteration, amendment or repeal of this chapter shall, without the consentof the licensee, affect any license granted under the provisions of thischapter, nor shall it affect the provisions, terms and conditions of suchlicense nor the rights of the licensee thereunder.
