§ 62.1-102. Alteration or amendment of license.

The provisions, terms, and conditions of any license may be altered oramended at any time by mutual consent of the licensee and the Commission, tothe extent such alteration or amendment is not in conflict with the thenexisting law of the Commonwealth.
