§ 62.1-114. Exceptions to application of chapter.

The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to any construction whichshould be undertaken under Chapter 7 (§ 62.1-80 et seq.) or 9 (§ 62.1-116 etseq.) of this title nor shall it apply in any case in which the consent ofthe federal government or of any agency or instrumentality thereof isrequired.
