§ 62.1-123. Rights of applicant on payment of damages.

The applicant, to whom any such leave is granted, shall, upon paying to theseveral parties entitled thereto the compensation so ascertained, becomeseized in fee simple of the land circumscribed by the commissioners, and beauthorized to proceed according to such leave.
