§ 63.2-1708. Records and reports.

Every licensed assisted living facility, licensed adult day care center,licensed or registered child welfare agency, or family day home approved by afamily day system shall keep such records and make such reports to theCommissioner as he may require. The forms to be used in the making of suchreports shall be prescribed and furnished by the Commissioner.
