§ 63.2-1709.1. Enforcement and sanctions; child welfare agencies; revocationand denial.

The Commissioner may revoke or deny the renewal of the license of any childwelfare agency that violates any provision of this subtitle or fails tocomply with the limitations and standards set forth in its license.
