§ 63.2-1815. Subtitle not to apply to certain schools and institutions.

None of the provisions of this subtitle shall apply to any private school orcharitable institution incorporated under the laws of this Commonwealth,which is located West of Sandy Ridge and on the watersheds of Big SandyRiver, and to which no contributions are made by the Commonwealth or anyagency thereof.
