§ 63.2-1936. Procedures for posting security, bond or guarantee to securepayment of overdue support.

The Department shall require, if feasible and consistent with guidelinesestablished by the Department, that the noncustodial parent post security orbond or give some guarantee to secure overdue payments. Advance notice shallbe sent to the noncustodial parent setting forth (i) the amount of thedelinquency, (ii) the proposed action to be taken by the Department, (iii)the method available for contesting the impending action and (iv) that only a"mistake of fact" as defined in § 63.2-1900 may be contested.
