§ 63.2-1940. Reporting payment arrearage information to consumer creditreporting agencies.

The Division of Child Support Enforcement shall provide support paymentarrearage information on noncustodial parents, as defined in § 63.2-100, toconsumer credit reporting agencies. Advance notice shall be sent to thenoncustodial parent of the proposed release of arrearage information. Thenotice shall include information on the procedures available to thenoncustodial parent for contesting the accuracy of the arrearage information.
