§ 63.2-1952. Interest on debts due.

Interest at the judgment interest rate as established by § 6.1-330.54 on anyarrearage pursuant to an order being enforced by the Department pursuant tothis chapter shall be collected by the Commissioner except in the case of aminor obligor during the period of his minority. The Commissioner shallmaintain interest balance due accounts.
