§ 63.2-202. Term of office; vacancies.

The Commissioner shall hold office at the pleasure of the Governor for a termcoincident with that of each Governor making the appointment, or until hissuccessor is appointed and qualified. Vacancies shall be filled in the samemanner as original appointments are made.
