§ 63.2-322. Conducting hearings, issuing subpoenas, etc.

Local boards in the exercise and performance of their functions, duties andpowers under the provisions of this title are authorized to hold and conducthearings, issue subpoenas requiring the attendance of witnesses and theproduction of records, memoranda, papers and other documents, to administeroaths and to take testimony thereunder.
