§ 63.2-500. Definitions.

For purposes of this subtitle, unless the context otherwise clearly requires:

"Agreement" means the written individualized agreement of personalresponsibility required by this chapter.

"Case manager" means the worker designated by the local department, aprivate-sector contractor or a private community-based organization includingnonprofit entities, churches, or voluntary organizations that provide casemanagement services.

"Intensive case management" means individualized services provided by aproperly trained case manager.
