§ 63.2-508. Fees for representing applicant or recipient.

No person shall make any charge or receive any fees for representing anapplicant for or recipient of public assistance with respect to hisapplication or request for increased assistance prior to a determinationthereon by the local board, whether such fee or charge is paid by theapplicant or recipient or any other person.
