§ 63.2-509. Public assistance subject to amendment or repeal of laws.

All public assistance granted under this subtitle shall be deemed to begranted and to be held subject to the provisions of this subtitle and anyamending or repealing act that may hereafter be passed, and no recipientshall have any claim for compensation, or otherwise, by reason of his publicassistance being affected in any way by any amending or repealing act.
