§ 63.2-521. Change of residence.

Any recipient of Temporary Assistance for Needy Families or medicalassistance who moves from one county or city in this Commonwealth to anothercounty or city therein, shall thereafter be treated as if the grant ofTemporary Assistance for Needy Families or medical assistance had been madeby the county or city into which he moves, and the local board of the countyor city from which he moves shall transfer all necessary records relating tothe recipient to the local board of the county or city into which suchrecipient moves.
