§ 63.2-615. Payment of tuition and other expenses of public assistancerecipients enrolled in skill development training programs.

The Board may authorize the payment of tuition fees, transportation costs orother necessary or incidental expenses for obtaining skill developmenttraining or retraining for qualified public assistance recipients. The Boardmay, by regulation, prescribe necessary requisites and conditions under whichsuch payments may be made. Such assistance shall be in addition to any otherpublic assistance for which such recipient may be eligible and shall notaffect his entitlement thereto.
