64.1-82 - When court to hear motion.
§ 64.1-82. When court to hear motion.
When all the persons interested in such probate shall be properly convened bysuch summons or order of publication, or assignment of guardian, or shallotherwise appear as parties, the court shall proceed to hear the motion forsuch probate.
