64.1-96.7 - Effect of certificate.
§ 64.1-96.7. Effect of certificate.
In the absence of evidence to the contrary, the certificate of the authorizedperson shall be conclusive of the formal validity of the instrument as a willunder this article. The absence or irregularity of a certificate shall notaffect the formal validity of a will under this article.
