§ 64.1-104.3. Requirement of survival by 120 hours under donativedispositions in governing instruments.

Except as provided in § 64.1-104.6 for purposes of a donative provision of agoverning instrument, an individual who is not established by clear andconvincing evidence to have survived an event, including the death of anotherindividual, by 120 hours is deemed to have predeceased the event.
