§ 64.1-117. Oath of executor or such administrator.

The oath of an executor or of an administrator with the will annexed shall bethat the writing admitted to record contains the true last will of thedeceased, so far as he knows or believes, and that he will faithfully performthe duties of his office to the best of his judgment. Such oath may be takenon behalf of a corporation by its president, vice-president, secretary,treasurer or trust officer.
